Terms
The rules for using builtbyarin.com.
Built by Arin is run by Arin Williams. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What's on this site
- The pages describe my Workshops and free Checks. They are general information, not advice for your specific business.
- The calculator does simple math on numbers you type in. It is not a forecast or a promise of any result.
- I keep the pages accurate, but details can change. What we agree to in writing is what counts.
Workshops and Checks
- Booking a free Check doesn't commit you to anything.
- Each Workshop comes with a quote and its own written terms, covering price, scheduling, cancellations and how the AI assistants are used. Those terms apply to the Workshop.
- Refunds: a full refund if you cancel up to 3 days before the Workshop. After that, your payment becomes a credit toward a later Workshop, good for 12 months.
- Results depend on your team and your deals. I can't promise a specific number of replies, meetings or sales.
The client portal
- The client portal is for teams I'm working with. If you have a login, please keep it to yourself and tell me right away if you think someone else has used it.
- Files and messages in the portal are shared for our work together. Please don't share them outside your company.
- I may turn off a login when our work ends or if it's misused. Ask me if you need a copy of anything first.
Other sites
Some buttons take you to other sites, such as TidyCal for booking. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Content on this site
The words, graphics and one-pagers on this site belong to Built by Arin. You're welcome to share a one-pager inside your company. Please don't copy, sell or republish them without asking.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. I don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that come from using this site or the calculator.
Disputes
These terms follow California law. If we have a disagreement about this site or these terms that we can't settle by talking, it will be decided by binding arbitration run by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, not in court. The arbitration will take place in Los Angeles County, California, at a location chosen by Arin Williams. Each of us brings claims only on our own behalf, not as part of a class or group action. Either of us may still take a claim that qualifies to small claims court, or ask a court to stop misuse of this site's content. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.
Changes and questions
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Questions? Email arin@builtbyarin.com.
